With hundreds of successfully closed real estate transactions across multiple markets, Deshonna brings proven experience, strategic insight and steady leadership to her Agents.
Recognizing early on that Detroit needed a brokerage built by someone who truly understands the city, Deshonna founded United DTW Experts with a clear vision: to create an Agent-first brokerage grounded in local knowledge, operational excellence and long-term sustainability. Her leadership reflects a deep understanding of Detroit’s neighborhoods, market dynamics and the opportunities unique to the region.

Chamikia Akindoju serves as Chief Operating Officer and Operating Partner at United DTW Experts, where she leads the firm’s operational strategy, infrastructure and execution. She is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, internal systems, process alignment and organizational performance across the brokerage.
With a strong background in operations and execution, Chamikia focuses on building scalable systems that support Agents, leadership and long-term growth. She works closely with executive leadership to translate vision into practical workflows, clear accountability and consistent operational standards.
Known for her decisive and structured leadership style, Chamikia brings clarity, discipline and strategic oversight to complex, fast-moving environments. Her approach emphasizes operational excellence, compliance alignment and sustainable growth ensuring United DTW operates efficiently while remaining positioned for expansion.
As an operating partner, she contributes both executive leadership and an ownership mindset, helping guide the brokerage’s internal structure, performance culture and operational maturity.
As the President and CEO of United DFW Properties, my role is to ensure our leadership team and our Agent partners have everything they need to thrive in any real estate market. As a Broker Associate in the company, I will continue over 27+ years hands-on in the Texas real estate market. That 27 years included selling new homes, managing new homes sales people as well as residential and commercial real estate. In 2018, I started the Insight Realty Network along with Terica Brackett and Reuben Riojas. We grew to be one the largest independent brokerages in Fort Worth before merging with United Real Estate DFW Properties. I am blessed with three grown children and am involved in our local church and many civic organizations.
Tiffany Stewart is a seasoned real estate professional and Mentor at United DTW Experts, bringing over 20 years of diverse industry experience to our Agents. Her background spans corporate and commercial property management, project management and more than 10 years of hands-on real estate practice, giving her a well-rounded and strategic perspective on the business.
Tiffany’s depth of experience allows her to guide agents beyond transactions—helping them understand systems, operations, risk management and long-term career sustainability. She is known for her practical approach, attention to detail and ability to break down complex processes into clear, actionable steps.
